According to new research from TripAdvisor, consumers find mobile capabilities increasingly important.

  • 84% of travelers think it’s important to be able to book accommodations via mobile device
  • 60% have downloaded mobile travel apps
  • 38% have used mobile devices to plan a trip

Hospitality companies see the importance as well

  • 77% of innkeepers and B&B owners think mobile marketing is important
