Every day it feels like there is a new platform emerging that you can use to increase your awareness with potential shoppers or create loyalty with current customers. • Nearly 70% text everyday

• Roughly one-third use Twitter or You Tube

• One in four communicate using Skype everyday

• Approximately 20% use Google+, Instagram and LinkedIn

• Other platforms used are Pinterest, Myspace and SnapChat

The fact that nearly 9 in 10 consumers use Facebook on a daily basis point to just how valuable social media can be to your business. Social media gives you the ability to expand your footprint and extend your relationship with consumers.
